Acumen Development Partners is proud to have been selected to provide development management for the new construction The Stateview Autograph Collection Hotel in Raleigh, NC. The five story hotel will include 164 keys, a signature restaurant and bar, and 15,000 square feet of meeting space built on a four acre site. It is adjacent to the NC State Alumni Center and NC State Golf Course.
The site has a complex topography requiring substantial reconfiguration by way of installing retaining walls, cut & fill grading activities and rock blasting and removal. Construction is commencing immediately and the property is scheduled to open by summer 2017. The custom design by architectural firm Cooper Carry and interior designer FA Hunter & Associates will achieve LEED Silver status.
The Stateview Hotel is Owned by Noble Investment Group of Atlanta, GA and will be managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts
