The 20 story / 217 key property underwent an extensive renovation completed in December 2016. The luxurious new design was created by KKAD of Chester, New Jersey, public area construction by Blinderman Construction of Chicago, IL and guestroom construction by Hotel Rehabs also of Chicago, IL.
The Hotel Phillips is located in downtown Kansas City at the corner of 12th Street and Baltimore Avenue in the Financial District. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979. The property is owned by Arbor Lodging Partners and managed by NVN Hotels.
