Beautiful New Photos of the Hampton Inn Decatur, Georgia

Acumen is excited to share beautiful new photos of Vision Hospitality Group’s Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Decatur, GA. This 145 room new construction hotel is located at 116 Clairemont Avenue in downtown Decatur and 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The property opened earlier this spring. Acumen provided development management services for this project.

Architecture services were provided by Lindsay Pope Brayfield Clifford and interior design by Twelve Thirteen ID (both firms based in Atlanta). Construction was completed by EMJ Construction (offices in Chattanooga, Dallas and Boston). The hotel features a saltwater pool, 24 hour fitness center and business center and over 2,000 sf of meeting space.

This hotel is owned and managed by Vision Hospitality Group based in Chattanooga, TN.

Acumen Celebrates the Ribbon Cutting for Homewood Suites Edina, MN

The Acumen team was excited to be a part of the ribbon cutting ceremony for Noble Development Group and Simon’s new construction Homewood Suites by Hilton in Edina, MN. This four story, 146 room hotel is located at 6600 York Avenue, Edina, MN just 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and the international airport. Acumen provided construction management and procurement services.

Tushie Montgomery Architects of Minneapolis provided architecture and interior design services and Weis Builders provided construction services. The extended stay hotel is situated on the corner of the Southdale Center mixed-use complex and walking distance from the luxury and boutique shops at the Galleria Edina.

This hotel was developed by Noble Development Group and Simon and managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

Embassy Suites Tyson's Corner Completes Full Renovation

Acumen Development Partners is pleased to share the completed renovation of Noble Development Group's Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton in Tyson’s Corner, VA. Acumen provided project management services for this extensive renovation. The extended stay hotel is located at 8517 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA and conveniently located close to the Spring Hill Metro Station which transports business and leisure travelers to the Washington D.C. metro area.

Architecture and interior design services for the all-suite, eight story, 234 key hotel were provided by Baskervill of Richmond, Virginia with construction by HITT Contracting Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia. The renovation included guestrooms, public areas, meeting spaces and the implementation of E’terie, Hilton’s new restaurant concept for the Embassy Suites brand.

This property is owned Noble Development Group and managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts.

Stunning New Photos of Hotel Phillips Kansas City

Acumen Development Partners is pleased to share stunning new photos of Arbor Lodging Partner's Hotel Phillips Kansas City a Hilton Curio Collection Hotel. The 20 story / 217 key property underwent an extensive renovation completed in December 2016. The luxurious new design was created by KKAD of Chester, New Jersey, public area construction by Blinderman Construction of Chicago, IL and guestroom construction by Hotel Rehabs also of Chicago, IL.

The Hotel Phillips is located in downtown Kansas City at the corner of 12th Street and Baltimore Avenue in the Financial District. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979. The property is owned by Arbor Lodging Partners and managed by NVN Hotels.

Development of New Hampton Inn & Suites Decatur to be Managed by Acumen

Acumen Development Partners is proud to have been selected to provide development management for Vision Hospitality's new construction Hampton Inn & Suites Decatur, GA. The six story, 145 key hotel will be located at Marshall & Clairemont in the downtown district of the city. The Decatur Conference Center, DeKalb History Center Museum and various county government offices are within walking distance.

Construction is starting spring 2017 and will be complete by late 2018. Architectural design was completed by Lindsay Pope Brayfield Clifford & Associates of Lawrenceville, GA and interior design services were provided by 1213 Interior Design of Atlanta.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is owned and managed by Vision Hospitality Group of Chattanooga, TN.

Acumen Selected to Manage the Renovation of the Embassy Suites Tyson's Corner

Acumen Development Partners is managing the renovation of Noble Development Group's Embassy Suites Tyson's Corner, VA. The all-suites 7 story hotel is located at 8517 Leesburg Pike, Viena, VA 15 miles northwest of the nation's capital and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Originally built in 1988, the renovation will encompass 234 keys, public areas, exterior windows and painting.  Construction will commence fall 2017 with the renovation scheduled to be completed spring 2018.  Interior design and architecture services are being provided by Baskervill of Richmond, VA.

The Embassy Suites Tyson's Corner is owned by Noble Development Group and managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts.
