First Triple Brand Marriott Hotel in Nashville, TN

Acumen is thrilled to share the grand opening of North Point Hospitality’s Tribrand Marriott hotel in downtown Nashville, TN on February 26, 2019 . This is the first triple brand Marriott hotel featuring AC Hotels, Residence Inn and Springhill Suites. The 22 story, 470 room property features an expansive rooftop pool, three outdoor terraces, RTB! rooftop bar, ballroom and 6 story garage. Acumen provided development management services.

Architecture services were provided by Lindsay Pope Brayfield Clifford of Atlanta and interior design by Design Continuum (also of Atlanta). Construction was completed by JE Dunn Construction of Nashville.

This hotel is owned and managed by North Point Hospitality of Atlanta, GA.

Marriott Courtyard Chapel Hill Renovation Complete

Acumen Development Partners is excited to announce the completion of Noble Development's Marriott Courtyard Chapel Hill renovation. Acumen Development Partners managed the renovation project which included a soft goods replacement in 169 guestrooms and front desk and public area refresh. The interior decor features warm neutrals accented with shades of violet and custom wall murals inspired by the local Chapel Hill community. Construction services were provided by Salisbury and Moore Construction Inc., Raleigh, NC and architectural services by Baskervill, Richmond, VA.  

The property is located at 100 Marriott Way near downtown Chapel Hill. Nearby attractions include The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill campus, North Carolina Botanical Garden and The Carolina Basketball Museum.

The Marriott Courtyard Chapel Hill is owned by Noble Investment Group and managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

Vision Taps Acumen as Owner's Rep for Springhill Suites Atlanta

Acumen Development Partners is proud to have been selected to provide development management for Vision Hospitality's new construction Springhill Suites, Atlanta. The twelve story, 170 key hotel will be located at 239 Ivan Allen Boulevard in the bustling downtown district of the city. Nearby attractions include the Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Children's Museum of Atlanta and College Football Hall of Fame. 

W.G. Yates & Sons of Atlanta began construction in July 2016. Architectural design was completed by Lindsay Pope Brayfield Clifford & Associates of Lawrenceville, GA and interior design services were provided by 1213 Interior Design of Atlanta. The project is scheduled to be complete by early 2018.

The Springhill Suites, Atlanta is owned and managed by Vision Hospitality Group of Chattanooga, TN.

Marriott Autograph Stateview Hotel & Conference Center Raleigh Tops Out

Acumen is excited to share the topping out of Noble Investment Group's Marriott Autograph Stateview Hotel & Conference Center in Raleigh, NC. Acumen is providing development management for this new construction property located on the beautiful NC State campus overlooking Lake Raleigh.

The five story hotel will include 164 keys, a signature restaurant, bar, outdoor pool and 15,000 square feet of meeting space. Construction is scheduled to be complete this summer and the hotel will be opening early fall. Architectural design was completed by Cooper Carry in Alexandria, VA and interior design by Farley Hunter & Associates in Atlanta, GA. 

The Marriott Autograph Stateview Hotel is owned by Noble Investment Group of Atlanta and will be managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

Renaissance Hotel Fort Lauderdale Completes Public Space Renovation

Acumen is thrilled to share the renovation of Noble Investment Group's Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Port Cruise Hotel is complete. Located at 1617 SE 17th Street, this full service Marriott property is a popular hotel destination for cruise ship patrons. The $3 million project included 12,800 sf of meeting space, 3,000 sf of food and beverage area, and 9,000 sf of common areas.

The upscale interior design was created by TVS Design and features organic elements interspersed with contemporary furnishings and nautically inspired artwork and accessories. The hotel's full service restaurant, Bistro 17, was transformed with a sophisticated lattice screen entrance and chic seating throughout.  The signature R Lounge has been reinvigorated offering guests plush seating options to enjoy light meals and cocktails.

The Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port Hotel is owned by Noble Investment Group of Atlanta, GA and is managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

Renovation of Springhill Suites Miami Airport South Completes

Acumen Development managed the renovation of Noble Investment Group's SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South, located at 6700 NW 7th Street. .

The scope of work included a complete softgood renovation of the guestrooms including the conversion of many tubs to stand-up showers. Also, a significant public space renovation was carried out which included all new finishes, expanded meeting space, and an all new bar. This is one of if not the first SpringHill to incorporate Marriott's new bar concept for the brand. Acumen worked closely with the design team and Marriott to design this concept, which will be become a prototypical element for SpringHill Suites moving forward.
